Overview
Open the Social Media tab and click Create Post (you can also start from the Schedules tab or a content-page row action). The wizard first asks how to create the post: Generate with AI for a brand-new post, or Use existing page to post a social content page exactly as it is, with no generation and no credits. Starting from a specific content page uses the AI flow automatically.
Steps
- Platform — select one or more connected accounts to post to. If you include Reddit, enter the subreddit in the Reddit Subreddit field (shown as r/...).
- Page Type — choose a social template; if you picked a single platform with a default template, it is selected for you.
- Source — pick From Content Page (search and select an existing page) or Manual Input (you provide instructions next).
- Generate — configure text and image, then click Generate; it usually takes 15-30 seconds and about 5 credits per post.
- Review — edit each element (character counters appear where a target length applies), then Save as Draft or Save & Mark Ready; if you opened the wizard to post now, you can also Schedule or Post Now here.
Details
- Text creation mode: AI created writes the post from your seed text or instructions plus any selected context; AI supported lets you write it yourself and optionally run AI check to improve it.
- Context documents and web pages — optionally attach text, PDF, Word, Markdown, or extracted-URL items from your context buckets for the AI to draw on.
- Post language sets the language of all generated text, regardless of the source page's language.
- Post image — reuse the source page's hero image (free), generate a new AI image (uses credits, and you can attach context-bucket image references plus an image prompt), upload up to three images (use as-is, AI merge, or AI edit), or no image.
- Use existing page is a shorter three-step flow — Platform, Select Page, Review — and uses the page's content directly with no credits.
Check before you move on
- Reusing an image is free; generating a new AI image uses credits.
- If a post requires approval, you cannot Post Now or Schedule until it is approved.
