Overview
Scheduling lives on the domain's Schedules tab, which shows content-page releases and social posts together. From a post you can publish immediately or pick a future moment; ContentScaler then publishes it automatically and records the outcome. The same tab is where you watch, edit, and reschedule everything that is queued.
Steps
- From a post, open Schedule Post.
- Set the Date, Time, and Timezone — the timezone defaults to yours and the calendar follows your language; the default suggestion is tomorrow at 9:00 AM.
- Confirm the preview: "This post will be published on {date} at {time} ({timezone})."
- Click Schedule. The time must be at least 5 minutes in the future.
Details
- The Schedules tab shows stats (Total Scheduled, Pages Scheduled, Posts Scheduled, Published, Failed, This Month) and three views: List, Calendar, and Schedule queue.
- Per-item actions are View, Edit, Reschedule, Cancel, and Publish now.
- ContentScaler checks for due posts every couple of minutes and publishes them automatically, reconciling any that were mid-publish so the final status (posted, partially posted, or failed) is reliable even if you are offline.
- Subscription limits and the approval gate are re-checked at publish time, not only when you schedule.
Check before you move on
- If a post requires approval and is not yet approved, scheduling is blocked with a message explaining what is needed.
- Monthly posting caps appear as a usage figure such as 5/50 on the Schedules tab.
