Overview
When you want a wave of posts from one piece of content, start from a source content page and choose Create Multiple Social Media Posts. The batch wizard generates several posts across the templates you choose, flags likely duplicates so you can prune them, and lets you spread the results across accounts at the end. It runs in six steps.
Steps
- Types — for each social template, see its platform icons and an availability line, then set a Qty from 0 to 20; a running total shows how many posts will be created.
- Inputs — for each selected template add a creation input (angle, audience, tone, points to include), a post language, and an image option (Reuse, Generate, or None), then click Generate Suggestions (about 5 credits per template type).
- Suggestions — review the AI's proposed posts; each shows a title, summary, and Existing / Batch similarity badges that warn about near-duplicates. Uncheck any you don't want, then choose Create Drafts Only or Create & Generate Content.
- Generate — a live progress panel shows drafts and content being created with completed/failed counts; keep the window open until it finishes.
- Accounts — assign connected accounts per post using Manual or Round robin (rotate accounts automatically); every post needs at least one account.
- Save — read the confirmation of how many posts were created and assigned, then Close.
Details
- Accounts are assigned after generation on purpose: it lets you spread posts across multiple accounts on the same platform.
- Similarity badges compare each suggestion against existing pages and against the rest of the batch, so you can avoid publishing near-identical posts.
Check before you move on
- Up to 20 posts per template per batch.
- If image generation is on, you can attach context-bucket image references and an image prompt in the Inputs step.
