Overview
Context Buckets are named containers for first-party material such as product docs, brand guidelines, images, press releases, and URLs. They can also ingest rich media — YouTube videos and uploaded audio or video are transcribed and summarized automatically (see the dedicated media article).
Steps
- Open the domain content hub.
- Select Context Buckets.
- Create a New Context Bucket.
- Upload or add documents, images, URLs, YouTube links, or audio/video.
- Wait until the items show Ready before using the bucket as an information source.
Check before you move on
- Use Context Buckets when creating content about new products, internal studies, proprietary offers, or information not yet public.
- A bucket card shows name, description, content count, last updated date, status, Open, and Rename.
