Overview
The June 2026 release is the biggest update to ContentScaler so far. The headline additions are a full social media publishing suite and a publish approval workflow, but several quality-of-life improvements landed alongside them. This article is a map of everything that changed and where to read more — start here, then follow the links into the detailed guides.
Details
- Social media publishing suite — connect accounts (including multiple accounts per platform), request access from account owners via secure links, build social templates, and create single or bulk AI posts with text and images.
- Publish approval workflow — send any post or page to an external reviewer for sign-off through a secure link; until it is approved, the item cannot be published or scheduled.
- Context buckets now ingest rich media — PDFs, Word and Markdown files, images, URLs, YouTube videos, and uploaded audio or video, all transcribed and summarised for the AI.
- A unified Schedules tab replaces the old Release Plans view and brings content-page releases and social posts together in List, Calendar, and queue views.
- Redesigned dashboard analytics show time-aware trends for content and social performance instead of a static card grid.
- Sign-up is invitation-only during the pre-launch phase, all notification emails were redesigned and localized, and date and time pickers are now consistent and locale-aware across the app.
Check before you move on
- Each big feature has its own dedicated article — use the links below rather than relying on this summary alone.
- Some features depend on setup elsewhere: social publishing needs a connected account and a social template, and approval can block publishing until a reviewer signs off.
