Overview
If you are the reviewer, the secure link in your email is all you need — there is no account to create. The page shows a faithful preview of exactly what will be published, including media, so you can sign off with confidence. You can approve, reject, or request changes, and optionally leave a comment that the requester will see.
Steps
- Click the link in the email to open the Approval request page; opening it marks the request as Opened.
- Read the request details — company, domain, content type, valid-until date, and who requested it — plus the requester's message under "Why you received this."
- Review the Content to review section: the target details (platforms, scheduled date, attached media), the publishing accounts, and each content element with inline previews of images, video, audio, and PDFs.
- Optionally add a comment, then click Request changes, Reject, or Approve.
- The page confirms "Decision submitted"; after approving you see a thank-you note that the sender can now publish.
Details
- A language switcher (English / Deutsch) is available; the page opens in the language chosen when the request was sent.
- If the request is no longer waiting for a decision, the page shows "No action needed."
Check before you move on
- The link is valid for 72 hours by default and can be superseded by a newer request — if it does not work, ask the sender to resend.
- Your decision and comment are recorded in the requester's approval history.
