Overview
The Schedules tab is the new home for everything time-based on a domain. It combines content-page releases and social media posts into a single view and replaces the separate Release Plans page. The most important change for everyday work: you no longer create a Release Plan before scheduling a page. Pick a date and ContentScaler handles the rest behind the scenes.
Details
- Stats across the top: Total Scheduled, Pages Scheduled, Posts Scheduled, Published, Failed, and This Month (your social usage against the monthly cap, for example 5/50).
- Three ways to look at the same queue — List (filter by title, type, and status), Calendar (a month grid), and Schedule queue (grouped Today / Tomorrow / This Week / Later).
- The New button offers two actions: Schedule content page or Create social post.
- Every scheduled item supports View, Edit, Reschedule, Cancel, and Publish now, and a type badge tells Page apart from Post.
- ContentScaler checks for due items every couple of minutes and publishes them automatically — even while you are offline — then records the final status reliably.
Check before you move on
- The tab sits just after the Social Media tab on the domain page.
- If an item requires approval and is not yet approved, scheduling and Publish now are blocked until a reviewer signs off.
