Overview
ContentScaler is in a pre-launch phase, so open self-service registration is switched off for now. Existing users sign in exactly as before — nothing changes for them. Anyone who reaches a sign-up link instead sees the sign-in form together with a short invitation-only notice.
Details
- The notice reads: "ContentScaler is invitation-only for now — we are currently onboarding selected teams during the pre-launch phase," with a Request pre-launch access link.
- Existing accounts and team invitations continue to work normally.
- The behavior is controlled by a feature flag and can be switched back to open registration at launch.
Check before you move on
- If a teammate cannot create an account, send them a team invitation from User Management instead of a public sign-up link.
- This is expected pre-launch behavior, not an outage.
