Overview
The Buy Credits sub-tab lets teams purchase additional credit packages. Purchased credits do not expire.
Steps
- Open Customer Settings.
- Select Credits.
- Open Buy Credits.
- Choose the package that covers the expected research and content workload.
Check before you move on
- Estimate batch and plan volume before purchasing.
- Review Transaction History after purchase to confirm the balance changed.
